Investor Coordinator (Capital Raising)

Feb 4, 2026

Remote/Hybrid

The Opportunity

Blue Metric Group is expanding our capital-raising engine. We’re hiring an Investor Coordinator who is, in reality, a high-performing sales professional: someone who can build relationships, drive conversations with qualified investors, and consistently move prospects from interest → commitment → funding.

If you’ve raised capital before (especially in real estate/private markets), and you’re sharp with follow-up, pipeline management, and investor communications, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own

You will be accountable for driving capital commitments by managing an investor pipeline end-to-end, maintaining world-class investor communication, and coordinating a repeatable “relationship-to-allocation” process. High-performing IR roles consistently emphasize pipeline ownership, investor engagement, and tight reporting/coordination—this role mirrors that best-practice structure.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Relationship Management (Sales Core)

Engage and convert prospective investors through calls, follow-ups, and relationship development.

Build and maintain relationships with retail accredited investors, HNWI/UHNW, family offices, RIAs, and aligned investor channels (as applicable to our strategy).

Own the pipeline from first touch to allocation, with consistent next steps and clear timelines.

Investor Pipeline, CRM, and Performance Reporting (Execution)

Manage the fundraising pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene: stages, tasks, notes, documentation, and follow-up cadences.

Track progress against capital-raising targets and provide weekly performance reporting.

Investor Communications & Materials (Trust Engine)

Coordinate investor updates, key communications, and ongoing engagement touchpoints.

Support the creation and delivery of pitch decks, proposals, and customized investor materials.

Help plan and execute investor events/webinars/briefings as needed.

What “Great” Looks Like in the First 90 Days

You’ve taken ownership of the investor pipeline and can clearly articulate conversion rates by stage.

You’re running consistent investor outreach + follow-up rhythms, and bookings/commitments are trending up.

You’ve improved CRM accuracy, investor tracking, and reporting cadence so leadership always knows “where capital is coming from next.”

Required Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of capital raising / investor relations / fundraising experience with a proven track record (measurable outcomes).

Demonstrated ability to run a pipeline: outreach → conversations → follow-up → commitments → funding.

Strong communication skills (phone presence, writing clarity, and professional investor-grade follow-through).

Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and activity-based execution.

Strongly Preferred

Capital raising experience specifically in real estate investing / private equity / private credit / alternative investments.

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000 base salary

Performance bonus (tied to key performance metrics: qualified conversations, commitments, pipeline velocity)

Health benefits / PTO / remote flexibility (customize to your actual package)

Who You Are (Fit)

You’re relationship-driven, but you also execute like a pro: follow-ups, next steps, documentation.

You’re comfortable with money conversations and can build trust without hype.

You have a sales brain: you track activity, conversion rates, and you improve your approach weekly.

$120,000 + Performance Bonus
